I ordered a wooden table with 6 chairs on January 1st. The website said the product would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks. After repeated calls to the company, they finally delivered the product on March 12th. Three of the chairs had cracked or broken legs. I immediately reported the problem to the company and asked them to refund or replace the chairs. They said that only repair was possible. I initially resisted because I purchased a new product, not one that has been broken and repaired. This is especially true with chairs, in which a broken leg will quickly break again if just glued back together. I finally agreed to the repair, but still no one has come to repair my chairs. Today is June 27th. It is nearly 6 months since I paid money for the table and chairs and I have don't have the product I paid for. I call customer service every few days and get the same empty promises, "We will give you 100% solution" but they never do what they promise. Will this company every take responsibility?
