Order #INSF55742133. Details/pictures have already sent via email. Additional issues have now developed on the sideboard -- doors have warped and don't shut completely.
We made the decision to go with saraf furniture after spending tens of hours researching various options online and also visited their showroom in Bangalore. Since the products were really to our taste, we didn't hesitate to make full paymenwe were willing to ignore when the lead time ran longer than expected 2 weeks but these incomplete delivery of items and customer service issues are unacceptable. Customer service phone is unreachable most times, if you get to talk to some one - they either promise to call back but never do so OR (worse) tell you falsely that your items have been dispatched/ repair is scheduled on certain day.
Before we placed order sales personnel promised delivery in 2 weeks (which is consistent with website), it's now over 7 weeks since our order : we are still awaiting chairs for our dining table and correct assembly plus repair for our sideboard. Thoroughly disappointed!

I have ONE email response from you date July 31(attached) in response to my multiple emails + calls and this complaint:
1. Your email NOT say 'replacement' chairs are ready to be shipped. It says that chairs are being MADE and details will be sent when chairs are dispatched. Based on numerous calls we made before the dining table was delivered, it doesn't seem an estimate of how long items take to be made (and go through the quality check) is available, so I am assuming this will be another long wait of 6 weeks or more.
2. After series of phone calls again today, still waiting for word on when your technician can come look at the defective, unusable sideboard.
Can it please be ensured that further communication is prompt and accurate? It's bad that there are issues with your products but it's much, much worse that it's taking so much time and effort to get them resolved.
