[Resolved]  Saraf Furniture — Defective product and no service after that.

Hi, i have recently purchased 2 sofa set, 1 kuber bed and a tv trolley unit from insaraf.com. order no. #nsf55652133 on june 12 2016. the product as requested was delivered on time, that is 6th july 2016.

But what i have received was a total shock. one of the sofa set is totally fine. the other maharaja sofa set has come in damaged condition. the kuber bed sides opening are not getting closed, and the tv trolley unit is totally bend. even the installation person who has come has said to complain about the issues, and he himself took the images.

The product what i have received is defective. to which i have raised a complaint with the saraf. they provided a saraf link

I have requested them to complete my complaint, to which they said that they will send there technician, but till date no one has ever come and to my repeated request they are responding back to the complaint.

There are numerous complaint about saraf furniture online. Its better to buy from the showroom rather than placing order online.
