They are neither delivering furniture nor returning money back for past 6 months. This is fraud, cyber fraud. Customer service gives same status for past 6 months. They don't give managers no. This is cyber fraud.

    Order INSF[protected] was delayed by a month, I had to follow up vigorously, Saraf guys never bothered to inform of any delay.

    Material used in cot bought had mdf instead is shesham wood. Lot of work was done like cutting and drilling at the time is installing, we had to hire services of a specialist carpenter .
    Dining set finishing was bad. Rough and sharp edges left as it is. One chair had scratch mark.
    Rocking chair broken and as per order

    No inspection was done. I had complained to the company a week back. The have not bothered to reply or acknowledge.

    I would advise customers to be careful while dealing with Saraf. I feel cheated by Saraf

      Hi We have purchased the centre table a month back. Our inv number reference is

      NOW AT THE CORNERS OF TABLE GAPS ARE BEING CREATED.
      And these are looking ugly. We need an immediate support and problem resolution.
      I believe you can have my address based on the invoice number.

        ** PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS **

        I have placed my order on 6th-August-2021 and they gave me initial date of 2-September. Now, I emailed them on 2-September for checking where is my order at that time they said its in production. After asking several times they gave me a date of 12th_September.

        On 11th-Spetember when I asked again they said we will dispatch it by 19th-September. Now, they saying we will approx. dispatch by 25th-September.
        And what's more funny is that [protected]@insaraf.com said like we do not deal with order cancellation, email to [protected]@insaraf.com.
        I did send email to [protected]@insaraf.com and they said like we do not deal this, send email to [protected]@insraf.com.

        And, now I do not want my order any more. I DEMAND my refund.

        I have already asked for my bank and they have raised a dispute against this insaraf transaction.

        I am also reporting this to consumer form by the end of today itself. I am struggling to find the company in there list of provided companies. Any help in any direction from any one would be really great, like what options should I choose to get these ### name on companies list on INGRAM portal.

            Hello team,

            The study table I received is damaged from multiple sides. I have been calling Insaraf everyday for past 2 months and everytime someone promises me that a carpenter will visit to fix the issue or a replacement will be provided if can't be fixed.
            But for last 2 months no one visited to fix the issue. I am tired of calling Insaraf and requesting to look into the complaint.
            A lady called Ms. Deepika contacted me from escalation desk but after taking photos of the damaged item stopped attending my calls and didn't help.
            It has been more than 2 months I bought the product and still following up with Insaraf for this issue to be resolved. Never thought to guys will have such ### CUSTOMER service and you would be treating CUSTOMER this badly

              Received defective products and bad workmanship from insaraf. One was dining table and the second a bar. Chair for dining set was termite infested and replacement was also delivered defective. Bar withithin few months of delivery, glued areas started coming apart. The company technician and carpenter confirmed products were defective . Now company does not respond to calls or emails.

              Local hyderabad office confirmed defective items would be replaced and notification was sent to main office, now no longer responding to calls

                The committed delivery for our order was 20.08.2021. Each time I remind they always postpone delivery by 7-10 days. No courtesy of informing beforehand. Now I am worried if the Oder will be fulfilled

                I had to look for other suppliers for balance items for my new house which has been delivered in time.

                I would recommend all to be cautious in dealing with them

                  Jaipur Sideboard delivered but with 1 door cracked, front drawer cracked with a screw fitted over crack, 2nd door separated from hinge after heavy rains and expanding. Sent an email with photos asking for repairs (it toook 5 months for the item to be delivered). Only 1 email asking me to confirm if a technician could be sent to attend to the issue. I repsonded within 30 mins. AFter that, sent reminders, no revert to date.
                  I just called up on the [protected] no. for the fourth time today.

                  1. No one was able to give me a status update.
                  2. I was first asked to wait for 2 days for an update.
                  3. Mr. Sumit Kumar asked me whether a technicican had already called me. When I answered that no one ahs called me, he changed that to " A technician will call me".
                  4. I asked to be connected to a Senior that was not done. Ans I get : "I am not authorized"
                  5. I asked for contact details of the technician - that was not shared. Ans i get : " I do not know- its third party"
                  6. Since staff on the customer care are "NOT AUTHPRIZED and DO NOT KNOW" I asked for contact details of anyone who can assist. That was also not shared.

                    Sir i purchased a King size double bed from insaraf in the month january 2021, since then i am using it with great pain. whenever I or anybody sit or sleep or wakeup from the bed, it gives very irritating noise which we everybody aware of, whenever our furniture gets old it started giving sound (chad-chun), (chad-chun).

                    apart wood is broken from many sided, its not crack actually its broken.

                    very worst quality wood used. i never expect such poor quality from saraf.

                    i recommend not to buy any product from them.

                      These guys took 38999 for a bedroom cot with 3 week estimated delivery. Its been 3 delays and 2 months after, still no cot. I'd bought it for a housewarming but since these guys decided to cheat, I had to buy locally.

                      Their customer service keeps saying "Sorry this has never happened to us. Your satisfaction is our priority" but that is plain BS. Purely a stalling tactic so that you get tired of calling and decide to give up. They've been made profiles about having 600 Cr turnover, all BS again. Please do not waste your hard earned money on these people. From start to finish, frauds

                      It has now been more than 4 months since I placed the order. For the last two months, I have continuously been asking them to refund my 39000 rupees back as per the provisions of Consumer Affairs Act 2019. I have sent multiple emails in this regard asking them to refund the money back especially since they're a "multi-mullion dollar business front". But Insaraf just does not seem to care.

                      4 months after I've placed the order, Im now convinced that Insaraf.com is an online scam website that is still up and running, cheating consumers of their hard earned money each passing day. They have neither shipped my purchase (which I subsequently bought locally because of Insaraf cheating), nor have they made any refund despite the laws being clear on their obligations to refund within a month.

                      39k Rupees is no small amount and it pains me as to how some o[censored]s have to work hours while Insaraf is able to cheat such large amounts of[censored]nassuming consumers without any effort.

                            It has been, seen that your support team now don't reply to any customer emails that have been reported to you. Last time also I dropped mails to your team for furniture installation, but your team didn't respond anyting. I had to contact the sales person, he arranged for the visit of installation team.

                            Incident 2:
                            Again I mailed to your team, for damaged furniture received, replacement of glass for the coffee table that was purchased with the order. Your installation team also might have reported to you for the same. Till now your support staff has not responded to that as well.

                            Very light and ignorant attitude towards customer, after sales. Will never recommend your products to any one in the future.

                              This is totaly fake company. Brought dinning set march. All of material are bended within 3 months. now if i call they will tell me daily on call YOUR issue get resolved within 48 hours from now. We will notify within call. But we did not get any solution for 3 weeks ..

                              Note : In addition they are asking addition money to fix the issue.

                              Now only one thing don't place any order for this site or offline saraf other wise after some time you also come here and would write same time of story.

                              what happened they use to reply like this but you will never get any person at your door step.
                              NOTE : Additionally they have policy that within one year they have warranty about product quality. But they are forcefully asking charges for repairing.
                              What T&C they serve I don't know.. PLEASE be sure don't go with Saraf furniture .

                              They only know how to loot a customer.

                                This is worst store ever! Customer service is at all time low.
                                I ordered a table and a chair in June which was delivered on the 7th of July. The table was broken and I immediately sent them an email with the photos for a replacement (as instructed by people who came to drop and assemble the table).
                                It's been a month today and they have still not out the table in production. In the month of July they gave me atleast 4 different answers (about the replacement product). I had to mail them continuosly. All contact ever made was from my side. They don't call, they don't reply unless and until you send multiple emails.

                                At first the table was supposed to be here to in 10 days then it became end of the month, then it bec 8th August then it became 20th August. And I contacted them in the last week of July where they told me it will be shipped by 8th (via phone) and in the email they told me it will be shipped in 3-4 weeks.
                                And today, the latest update is that it will be shipped from Rajasthan on 20th of August.

                                The customer service is pathetic. They give different answers everytime. I told them to give me a refund as the product was not in production (as I was told) and then the same person told me that they can't refund after the product is 'dispatched'. I've had bad experiences like this with them. I filed a complaint online and found out that there were several like me.

                                Please BEWARE. Do not order from here. They only have one number. They don't reply to emails. And even when they do, they reply, 'we are pleased to inform you that we have received your email'.. this was the reply after more than 15 emails exchanges.
                                When I told them that I had filed a complaint they told me 'you shouldn't have done that'.

                                I'm asking for a refund and by their behaviour I know I'm not getting one and I also know that the table will not reach me any time soon.

                                They also told me that they'll forward my query to senior management but that was obviously false too.

                                I don't know how this store is still in business. The customer service is not slow, it's PATHETIC and not helpful AT ALL.

                                If I could.. I would have given ZERO star.

                                  I had ordered 01 king size bed, 01 Dining Table 4 seater and a TV cabinet. Once I have received my items from V express delivery the entire shipment was either broken or damaged. On carrying out inspection I have found Qty 03 dining table chairs broken from leg. TV cabinet is also broken and damaged at multiple places. The bed is also broken at one place. The company delivers items in poor packaging and most of the items are received broken on delivery. My order id was INSF[protected] and my query no was #166886.
                                  I was provided with substandard quality items and broken furniture on delivery. I had raised multiple queries via email to the support team, customer care and chat box. I had also asked for replacement of the same and was guaranteed delivery by the customer care team citing various reasons for the delay due to pandemic by 06 Jun 21 initially, 15 Jun 21 thereafter 26 Jun 21 and so on and so forth. They are only bothered to sell their substandard items. After you have purchased they stop answering your call. This is just another fraud committed by a well know company carrying out eCommerce and promising fake good quality furniture. The bad experience and mental agony I have gone through is beyond comprehension. The mistrust that I have developed because of them is beyond any imagination. Never buy anything from #Insaraf.com.

                                    I received delivery of king size bed today, 31st July. While assembling the bed team realized that the right side part is bent which is not allowing both the ply (lower and upper) to align properly. It’s leaving a hole on right hand side of the bed.
                                    Team tried hard but they could not fix as they concluded it’s manufacturing defect.
                                    I asked them to take the delivery back to which they said they can’t do that but you have log a complaint and follow the complaint process.

                                    Now, plz fix the issue on urgent basis,

                                    I have written the same in my delivery receipt note.

                                      I ordered a study table and a chair from the site which was delivered before time. The table was broken so I ordered a replacement on the very day. It's been a month and I've been getting different replies by them. At first they said it's in production and will be shipped soon. Then they said it will be shipped this month. Then they said it will be shipped on the 8th of August and now they are saying that I have to wait another 3-4 weeks for the replacement.

                                      And there is no use talking to them or sending them an email because firstly they are not helpful, secondly everyone is saying something different.

                                      I'm sure a few more days and they'll say it will take another 4-5 weeks.

                                      I asked them to cancel it as the table of as not even in production because of rain (they told me) but suddenly the man said 'once dispatched, we cannot cancel'.
                                      The product isn't even in production and it is dispatched?
                                      Someone else gave me some other excuse.

                                      And they don't give any updates, I had to mail then and call them, always!
