I placed this order on 24th October 2022. After that I placed 2 other orders. . From the day I ordered through sales representative Mr gagan, I have been saying that the king size bed I have ordered is most urgent for me
Except Bed I have got all the items. Since last 1 month after 2-3 days I have been calling support team of insaraf. Every time they give me a new date. When I call on that date they give me another date.
This is so much frustrating. Its very cold in Gurgaon and my parents are also with me. My wife and son dont have a. bed and they are forced to sleep on a mattress on a floor . My son has already fallen sick twice
I need definite answer. If insaraf is not going to deliver the bed then I will buy something else but I cannot keep on waiting and be given a next date. Either please refund my money so that I can purchase bed. I have patiently waited for 2 months but I cant wait any longer.
