I had ordered Kuber Bed with box on 16/8/2016.Within 2 months its bedhead wood got cracks on it.I Made complaint on 7th October 2016 as they said with photographs and all the information they required. My complaint no. is 40535. I have made almost 10-15 calls to them. Every time i have got only one thing and that is fake assurance. Strict action should be taken against these guys.They are doing online fraud..I want either this bed should be replaced or my money should be given back to me.
