I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the bed I purchased from your company in Aug 2023.

Despite multiple follow-ups to get a proper response and a concrete date of replacement which the team promised since then, I have been met with consistent bullying tactics and a lack of accountability from your company.
I have sent dozens of emails and get the same response that it will be done ASAP. but sorry to say that ASAP never happened till date.
I called you multiple times to your CC, It's the same response with fake dates.
So far I received 9 fake dates of item delivery and each representative gives a fake date over call, but upon asking to write over email, nobody is ready to commit the date over email.
I have wasted hours and hours over calls because they kept me waiting for longer duration as if I didn't have any work.
Furthermore, I am deeply disturbed by the bullying tactics employed by your company in response to my complaints. this is completely unacceptable.
I demand immediate action to rectify this situation.I expect either a full refund for the defective bed or an immediate replacement of the same as you have taken enough time already.
Additionally, I request compensation for the undue stress and inconvenience caused by your company's negligence and bullying behaviour.
If this matter is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to escalate it through legal channels and share my experience with your company on public platforms.
I expect a response from your company within 2 weeks. Failure to do so will leave me with no option but to pursue further action.
