SBSTC — misbehavior of conductor, Bankura to Karunamoyee,dwan tip Bas No WB 39 A 9509

With regret I like to draw your kind attention to the following for favour of your kind information and taking necessary action:- that, I was insulted by Sri Mohimaranjan Banerjee, one of the Conductors of SBSTC, Durgapur, Bankura to Karunamoyee down tip Bus no. WB39A-9509 on 13/11/2014 at 6.30 P.M. while returning home availing the said bus. that, the behavior of the conductor was not good, even he used some ugly words/ abusing language to me in presence of other passengers, when he asked for to show the Fare Chart at the time of paying the actual fare of travelling. that, he did not show me the Fare Chart, instead of that the started quarreling with me using unutterable language, which compelled me to lodge a complain against him to you. Considering the above circumstances, you are requested to do the needful with this regard at your earliest.
