Dear Official,
With reference to the above details, I would like to inform that on that journey date self had requested Esplanade ticket counter booking staff to allot one window seat in the front portion of the bus.But when I came to know that the same had not booked as per my preference, then I came to counter once again and asked the reason for not fulfilling my preference though many other window seat were still vacant at that time.The booking staff informed that tickets are being booked in serial number.Then I told if his version is correct then why so many seats are not booked serialy? In this connection I would like to inform few passenger got window seat as per preference by keeping serial number wise seat vacant.After hearing my arguments the booking staff got excited and shouting on me inside booking counter and his colleagues were not protesting for such behaviour.So many passenger saw the incident but he was not reluctant to carry on such behaviour.In such condition we did some hot ward exchange within us.But no staff from your end tried to control the situation.Even more they were encouraging that person to carry on such situation.In the mean time he used some unperliamentary language infront of your staff & other passengers waiting in the que to book ticket for Haldia.Hearing this I rushed towards the entrance of that booking counter to protest his behaviour.
At that moment all other staffs (3-4 persons) got united and shouted upon me and one of the staff hold my hand and told that he can handover myself to police by giving false non-bailable case for attempting to snatch government fund.In such way all of them tried to abuse me including that ticket booking staff.My only intention was to protest mainly against that booking staff's behaviour.Some persons present in que also tried to protest his misbehaviour with their copassenger.Seing the adverse situation & due hurry to go my destination I controlled myself and entered into the bus silently.
During such incident, I came to know such type of misbehaviour he used to do as regular practice with any of the passenger books ticket from this counter.Again to inform that nearly one month back he had misbehaved during refund of balance amount.
During my travel to Haldia some passengers were informing me about that person's misbehaviour with different passengers time and time again.Everyone suggested to put complain of this incident to give lesson to that SBSTC staff.Honestly speaking his behavioural attitude became intollerable.Out of them two persons were also informing the misbehaviour conducted by him earlier also.
Now I would like to request to investigate the issue from SBSTC's concerned department and take suitable action against him & his colleagues to maintain goodwill of SBSTC.Such type of persons are harming SBSTC's goodwill significantly.Prompt action from SBSTC's end will highly be appreciated.
