I want to travel from kolkata to Noinan. Asking a driver(kolkata to Borbhoman), what the destination of this bus? Suddenly he turn and told me, you blind man, can't see broad.I ask him what are you saying. Not only that he told Lot's slang language. I can't write all that. When I told him that, I complain against. Then he told me, you are nothing.you don't no who i am? You can't take any action against me.

I asking a simple question, is this SBSTC service? Please do needful against this driver.

Bus number WB49A5105- Esplaned to
Burdwan. Date 09/10/19 at 17:00 pm. We r in bus 3 people. Contractor asking extra payment for our luggage. We caring our own home waring item. When we denay for that payment bus driver shouting on us to get us out from the bus in next stop. This is first time ever hapened in SBSTC. WE NEED YOUR HELP.

I and my husband was going to be sbstc bus from Kharagpur to Belda by bus timing 2.30 am on 02/03/2020. Bus conductor Misbehave with us and saying abusing and slang words and touching my body and hits my husband also he disagree to give our bus tickets. Please sir take necessary steps against this conductor (Tapan Dhibar). Thanking you
