The excavator breaks down on 10 april and we have intimation to you on 11 april morning. But you have not provided engineers on 12 to 14 april at our work site. Schwing Stetter India — Excavator XE 210

Dear Sir/Madam,
We use excavator XE 210 at our site udaipur vati Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) for the last one year on the Name of Karani Udhyog.
The excavator broke down in the last 10 days. We have regular follow up with Mr. Kamlesh Choudhary and Mr. Sandeep Tayagi to provide a service advisor or engineer at our work site.
But both can't pick calls. Sometimes pick calls that do not provide a full response or do not provide...
