Send My Gift.com — Amount deducted and order not delivered - no update on order status

Order never got delivered and there is no update.There are so called 'TECHNICAL ISSUES' and the entire purpose of the order is lost. Refund has not been done

The so called 24x7 customer care never picks calls. even if it does, it is once in 1000 times and them they put your call on hold and walk away.

For chat window, people keep on joining and leaving and no one is interested to reply

Updated by Sonal1804 Why am I supposed to provide my account number here?? The amount can be refunded back to the account from where I had made the payment. This is generic to all portals where we make online payments. (The refund is done on the same account/card from which we make payment)

This is the first time I have been asked for account number for refund.

And for your kind information, I provided relevant details to one of customer care guy (Name Santhosh), after which he signed off from the chat window.Then people kept joining and leaving the group (Ananya, Kavyashree, etc etc) with no response at all. It was very frustrating

Same thing happened today.. On enquiring they said some one will contact me which they said 5 days ago also and walked away.. After that there was no response at all.

This Send My Gift.com is a bogus and fraud business enterprise.

I have registered a complain on this portal "Send My Gift.com — Mugs 2 nos not delivered by send my gift.com: order #[protected] on 23.12.2015". but no resolution.
