[Resolved]  Sendmygift — No delivery/No Respond

Sendmygift orderid[protected] did not get delivered


I placed an order on 12th of feb 2016 with order ID[protected] for which the selected delivery date was 14th Feb.
When called the customer care on 14th they told that it would surely be delivered before 9pm but the order did not get delivered.
This company shattered my plan of surprising my hubby and has even ruined our whole day.

Now I want my money refund.I have been making so many calls to them but
Nobody answers the call or responds to the chat.
I even sent an email to them but no one has responded to it.

This is a very bad company...

My ordered is 145036547...I had ordered on 12th Feb till now now no respond...kindly refund my money...no respond from customer care people...till now
