I ordered a dress from shein which cost 1100 rupees, i didn't like it so i returned the dress to shein. The company refunded only 800 rupees, when i called the shein customer care to refund my 300 rupees back, they asked me for my bank details, which i provided, the next minute, a huge amount of 49, 000 rupees was deducted from my back account. The customer care isn't responding to my complaint and isn't helping me track the person who robbed me of my money. I want my money back! Was this information helpful? |
