[Resolved]  Shine.com — Complain of Fraud and Refund request from shine.com

Hello Sir/Madam,

My name is Ayushi Gupta i registered on shine.com in first week of Nov. I received a call from Shine.com representative on, wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3292.00

Then he said that they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don't have to make any further payment.

So, i paid this Rs.3292.00/- and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.

Next day, "Pushpendra" (Relationship Manager) called me from Mobile number "[protected]" and initially he asked me about my Job preference and post discussion for an hour, he told me in order to avail good Job, i would have to get 2 services(2nd & 3rd payment mentioned below) of Rs.5192- and Rs. 9556, I would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime. So, with hesitance, I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said i would have to avail another service (4th payment mentioned below) by paying Rs.16103.82
I feel suspected but since he was very confident, i paid this amount too. Then again after the payment he asked me to pay Rs.24, 779 as a last payment then i told this so wrong/fraud and i ask him to talk to me later.

They hounded me and called 4 times a day. Post this, I logged in and saw that they have sold me courses which was never told and not required and even without initiating services have lapsed. They are not reachable at all.
The lady on customer service number- [protected] told to contact service team- Mohammad Taiyab on [protected] or [protected]. No one is available at all. I also tried contacting Pallavi Rawat on[protected]. They are picking up the call but not speaking.

This is clear fraud/cheating and I need full refund to which they denied and said there is not refund system in shine.

Below are payment i made to shine.com :
Total amount I paid is Rs.34, 143/-

First payment (Paid) - Rs. 3292.00/- (Application Booster Package- Resume Booster Circulation and Application Highlighter)
Second payment (Paid) Rs. 5192.00/- (Product :- Education Verification Plus Package)
Third payment (Paid) - Rs. 9556.00/- (Product:- Job Profile Verification Plus Package)
Fourth payment (Paid) - Rs.16103.82/- (Product :- Mid Level Resume Writing Services- Cover Letter - Express and Professional Summary)
Fifth payment (I denied as understood something fishy here)- Rs. 24779.00- (Product:-Jobs on the Move: 180 Days)

I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund "Rs.34, 143/-" from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any other details or information from my side.
