Seriously these guys are sick there should be a limit to their crime...shine.com has acquired the policy to fool people and make money that is how they are working ...after my first complaint I hv received a call from their senior Mr. Sujan Singh to settle this matter either give me a month time or I should refund ur amount but in refunding thr is ur loss as u hv to pay for gst amount and then we will make u refund...then I requested them ok sir plz make me refund but cut the gst amount from the refunded amount and then pay me left over amount...he clearly said no I can't do that u hv to pay 2950 rupees to us and then only we can initiate ur request refund form which they hv forwarded me. Whole day ma'am u have the time till 2 pm then 4 pm then 6pm after 6 pm I received message from their accounts department someone named abhinav malhotra ma'am u hv time till midnight again next day morning ma'am u hv time till 12 pm after that I hv paid 20000 then after 12 pm received we can wait till 6 pm u hv to pay remaining amount also even when m having problem with my account I hv paid from paytm remaing 9520 rupees then after also didn't receive ny money. I hv attached some screenshots with this complaint all r not getting uploaded so some of them for ur reference. Now after 10 pm in night abhinav malhotra messaged me first the ur pan card is not attached with the account so I can't play...when I told him no my pancard is attached then oh due to joint account I can't transfer the money ..then again see the pattern how they make money by fooling people everything...now he is telling me I hv 2.17 lakh demand draft ready with me I can transfer ur money but u hv to pay 53k rupees to me first then I'll transfer ur money.again they r asking for money after taking my more than approx 164000 before ànd this time 29520 rupees in the name of gst and again asking for 53k...who want to refund money just cut the gst amount from refunded amount and refund the left over amount...even i hv provided Mr. Abhinav malhotra different account details i[censored] r facing some issue then plz m forwarding different account details u can transfer me in that account but no they don'twant to refund and want to make more money..so neither refunded 164000 nor 29520 rupees..and now when I got angry started saying these people cheaters then both were said I'll refund ur 29520 rupees money to u but give me in writing that u will Don't bother us again for refund. See how these make fool of people ...before paying only my brother told me these r fake people but sujan Singh continuously messaging me and calling me ma'am u will be in loss it is for your benefit pay the money and refunded money will transfer in just 40 minutes...mark my words our company is such a huge company and only higher position guys hv the authority to refund money. So these r thr patterns which they follow to take more more money but don't refund nything before it was umesh Kumar and shiv Singh now it is sujan Singh and abhinav malhotra...this is how shine.com is making money...these guys should be behind bars for making financial and mental harassment to clients. And shine.com should be sued by government.
