[Resolved] Shine.com — Fraudulent

I got a cal almost a month ago from shine team regarding forb in dubai armani hotel, start process. To creat reference id took rs3500 then processing rs6500 conduct the interview via telephone. After that from shine team said that i got selected need to send all d documents for verification and charged for rs12800. Then send me the offer letter and after acceptance send it back. Ask for complete the medical for which they charged rs.18500. Then cal came from dubai saying that i have to pay rs40000 for job security then they will send the visa application form. Paid the amount got the visa application form. After that people from shineteam not reachable. Almost a week. Try to contact with hr manager armani hotel dubai but not happen.
I have checked every step for payment they always said you are dealing with globally reputed organization. For medical i have done by myself and told them to refund that is also not done. Now i don't have anything to survive myself hw will i take care of my family.
I have all the details of conversation.
Kindly assist me.

Today again I got an cal ([protected])from Shine care team saying that, shine going to refund the amount by Monday instead they need Rs.5000 service charge.
Literally forcing me to pay.I have denied to pay .
I have all the details Name, ph no, photograph, bank account details is these details sufficient to find the froud, and refund me the money.
I have sent you the photo of Adarsh ([protected])so called chief Accountant in Noida Begal office, Arun Sharma Operation Manager Shine.com ([protected]), Himanshu ([protected]).

Updated by beliveondas Mr.Vivek Singh Hr Manager Armani Hotel Dubai +[protected]. Got a cal from this Gentleman also for Interview round and process money they are dealing from last 3 years.as he said.
Can see the Offer letter from the hotel also.

Updated by beliveondas Complain marked as resolved but nothing is been solved.This is also looks like froud.Now there is a question about "is Shine.com is real or froud"
If yes ...No questions.
If Not then how come they mark a complain solved without solving it.is not their responsibility to find out who's using their name and frouding the people.it means these people know and they also have their share.

Shine.com must have to find out that fraud peoples and take serious action against them also make them to refund all the amount of Job seeker. Because of they uses the name of shine.com and it affects to shine.com. It may chance in future peoples cannot trusted to shine.com.

Same process is happened with. I got a call from shine.com to recruitment in HDFC back office work, for this I've to paid rs.1600 which is refundable. I did that but after telephonic interview they again demanded rs.5400 then I denied it and I said them that "I unable to paid more money and I cant go through your further process so please give me my refundable money back". Then they said "for refund I've to wait 45 to 60 days".
It is very long time interval for refund but I dont have any other option than wait 45 days. Is there any Cyber crime dept. to registred that online FRAUD...???
what serious actions are taken by SHINE.COM against such FRAUD...???
