I was asked to pay for the package of Rs. 4600 (Resume highlight, booster and dedicated career guidance). Paid the amount on the same day (Invoice id - IN[protected][protected]_[protected] / transaction id - IN20240605. Also they said that a career guide will be calling me by the following day which also happened. Career guide (Sarala / Virendra Singh and Ankul advised me to pay Rs.6961 extra more for my certificate pre-verification process, payment was made IN20240605_[protected]_[protected]. I argued with them that I was promised with all the process within the package of Rs.9983/- (confirmation number pay_OlzuZ5oS9pJimf) and not to pay any extra amount, but now asking for excess of Rs.17700/- and saying that without paying this money they won't proceed further next step of job support which I am not ok with it. I requested for the refund as the service is not appropriate and satisfactory. They deny to do it for me. I request Indian Consumer Complaint to help me to sort this out. Attached the proofs here. I am a jobseeker registered at Shine.com as like in other job portals. Got a call 0n[protected], from shine.com (+91 [protected]) saying that all job related services will be assisted as total package of Rs. 4600 (Resume highlight, booster and dedicated career guidance). Paid the amount on the same day (Invoice id - IN[protected][protected]_[protected] / transaction id - IN20240605. Also they said that a career guide will be calling me by the following day which also happened.
