I must express my disappointment with the lack of transparency and integrity in the communication I have encountered during my interaction with shine dedicated executive.
I initially sought clarification about the total amount I was required to pay for the services in question. To my initial inquiry, shine’s executive assured me that the amount quoted was the final and definitive sum. Regrettably, this was not the case, as I was subsequently presented with an additional invoice, contradicting the previous information.
This inconsistency in information and the failure to provide a clear, comprehensive response to my request for a single, definitive amount have left me deeply dissatisfied with my overall experience. Transparency and trust are fundamental pillars of any business-client relationship, and I believe that they should be upheld without exception.
