[Resolved] Shiprocket — Parcel not delivered

I booked my order on instagram page they send me the parcel from shiprocket company on 4th september 2024 since then today 20th september i didn’t got my parcel. I placed lots of complaints almost everyday but they’re repeating everyday saying we will deliver it within 24-40 hours but after that no action has been taken. I searched on website for their nearest brach but it has no contact number and the reviews are even worse almost everyone saying they didn’t got their parcel i think it a big scam running by the delivery agents or the company. Please look a this matter my order id dtdc 7d[protected]

The delivery boy called me to accept my parcel after the complaint but then I was not available so the delivery was re processed after 1 day and finally I got my parcel . I can’t describe how happy I am the parcel was really important for me and I’m really thankful that I didn’t lost it .
