**"Extremely disappointed with Shiprocket! My order (Tracking Number: [protected]) has the wrong mobile number, and despite multiple reattempt requests with the correct number, the delivery agent keeps marking me as 'unreachable.' Shiprocket — Delayed delivery

I am a seller using shiprocket as logistic partner, i had picked up a parcel from jaipur on 16th of october using ekart which is a sup-partner under shiprocket logistics, They had initially given me ETA of 20th october, after which it has been further delayed to 27th october, 28th october, 30th October and now 2nd November. I went to ekart hub near me and they said it ia most likely lost but the company wont update it as lost and i wont get...
