I have placed the order on 4th of April, and havent received anything till today, have called and asked for refund but that too i am not getting.
kuch chutiye ke bacche customer care ke number pe call uthate hai battamiji se baat karte hai. koi bhi apna detail dene ko ready nahi, pathetic customer service.
its a scam....

Ordered milk cartons. They charged heavily for delivery charges. Still i went ahead with order during lockdown. But later they said it cannot be delivered until lockdown is opened. So i mmediately canceled the order. Intially they asked to send email and confirmed that order is canceled and refund will be initiated. But after 2-3 days when i again followed up, they stopped responding to emails and calls. I have paid around 1200 rs, which...

Shoponn has taken my order and advance payment 10 days back but no update since then... Nobody responding on email and customer service noone answering.. Is this a fake website???
I ordered 3 sets of dettol disinfectant spray on 15th april. Since then there has been no update. No response on email and the number they've given is always busy. They've taken advance payment....

I placed my order on shoponn and recieved an order confirmation my order was placed on 18th april and it was few on 21 I've still not recieved my order and their helpline is also unreachable...

As i placed two separate orders on april 18th 2020, two orders were prepaid, 1st order amount was 1301/- and 2nd order amount was 455/-.., problem is both orders not able to see in order history.., i am calling them since i placed the orders.., they told it will be solved.., but till now no order update, please tell me what to do?? I had placed an order for a carton of cigarettes and paid rs.1965/- on 22th april. After that they have confirmed the order and it was supposed to be despatched by 14th which hasn't happened till date and neither they are taking any calls nor proceeding with the order.
Looks like they don't have any intention of delivering and only intention was to fraud people...

I had ordered 2 disinfectant sprays, which were priced at a higher price than usual, through Shoponn. I did so, because of the pandemic that is going on... and in emergency. these fraud guys send me a mail saying they will deliver after 14th april, because of lockdown, but now they are not responding, not taking calls.

I have placed above order wheren in i was informed that delivery will be done by 15th april 2020.

So far i have not received the delivery.

I have send several mails to shoponn.in team but there is no response from them.

I tried to contact them on customer support nos mentioned on their website but there is no response....

I, prashant dixit bearing email id [protected]@gmail.com and tel no [protected]; have placed an order thru the company website on monday, 13th april for certain utility items amounting to rs 1188/- and made payment vide citibank credit card which was received by the company on 14th april.

No acknowledgement received from the company regarding the order, delivery of which was expected onwednesday, 15th april.

I placed an order with shoponn on 15th april. Paid in advance for my entire order. Haven’t received any confirmation page after the payment was successful, no order confirmation email/sms either. When i called their customer care they said they are forwarding my query to the technical team and they will send me the confirmation email. But since yesterday i’ve been trying to follow up with them but they are not answering to the numbers...

I ordered and paid some things by shoponn shopping site but they didn't deliver my order.

Actually i kepted the flyers bay 3.5 channel helicopter, for my kid they said its cost only 1132 with delivery charge, so in flipkart and amazon the cost is 1700 rupess, so i purchased from shoponn website, but when the courier is came then i surprised because its an ordinary helicopter with price is 796 rupees, so i called to them and asked. I tried to purchase a brush pen from Shoppon. The money was deducted and I couldn't see the transaction in my account. I tried calling customer care 10 times but they picked the call after 2 hours. I recieved the order number for product.
