no refund

I ordered a product from this website. It costed me more than 1000 rupees. I didn't receive it, even after 2 weeks. So, I contacted them and they told it was the problem with the courier service and they will resend it. I agreed to them and waited for another 2 weeks. They told, they cannot deliver it, so I told them to cancel the order. They agreed and I gave my account details for refund.
It's been 6 months. There is no response...

I have placed order on august 12 th regarding pampers they have taken money and then rejected the order i have mailed several times to refund my money since last one month i am following up called their customer care which does not work. I think they are fraud people if they are not returning in some time will initiate police complaint against them...

On april 15, 2018, they sent an sms saying that their vendor rejected the order (No reasons given)...
