I booked a cab for 7:04pm on 30th january 2020 and i am standing in my stoppage before 15minits, but suddenly i saw that the cab changed their route without any information. I am standing over there about an hour. Then i call customer care, they ignore my demand and said that i am missed the cab. I am not the only one, there are many passengers over there. Customer care only refund my fare and they never do anything for arrange another cab or give any compensation. So, my question is that there is no value for the time?
