On 5th may 2019, i was trying to book the 8.22 am shuttl (Bhandup pumping station) for 6th may morning. However, the 8.22 shuttl wasnt showing and since i had to reach office early, i booked a seat for 8.35 am shuttl for morning 6th may. I reached the pick up location at 8.25 am and to my surprise, i notice that shuttl has cancelled the 8.35 am bus and merged it with 8.53 am bus, without any prior notice. I got teribly late to office. This is the 2nd time this is happening with me. I immediately wrote to their helpdesk yesterday morning. It's been over 30 hours, but no response from their end.
