Am really frustrated with the shuttle service and their customer support service. You guys are day by day increasing your prices and moreover decreasing the quality of your services. After being a daily commuter of shuttl from last 1 year, the customer care is highly incorporative and i am facing a lot of issues. Basically, i pay rs 2500 for the purchase of new pass every month for which they give cash back (Truth is actual price = 2250, they charge extra n return to us by cash back). Fine, i have accepted their policy. But they are not giving me my cashback saying that it's been deactivated but its on for the current customers and when i demanded the junior executed to connect with me to the senior executive he said he will arrange a call.. And i am still waiting for that call! I am really unhappy with their service and non-cooperative customer executive.

Guys, u need to understand the problem of customers, because of high demand and usage they have started “exploiting their own customers” who are responsible for their bread and butter. Shame on you guys!

And moreover, you guys didn't provide the cash back that i received from referring my friends to shuttl that is showing in the app in my account but not in shuttl credits and even i have updated my app and it's not coming in my shuttl wallet.
