I bought a 30 rides pass for 2360 from shuttl app and paid from my debit card. It showed that the payment is done. But the pass didn't get updated. When i contacted shuttl customer care they informed me that the payment got stuck on gateway and that will refund it. I still haven't received a refund and everytime i contacted shuttl they keep on asking to wait for 2 more days
