First shuttl sends notification to all users saying 30% cashback on purchase of 10day pass. That's all it says. When I bought the pass and didn't receive any cashback, I asked them why I didn't receive, might be some technical error. They said they offer was not for me, it was for renewal of 10day pass. I read the offer over and over but didn't find anything with renewal. Provided the screenshot too. But no action was taken. Now when I wanted to cancel the pass, 25% of the amount will be deducted. Shuttl passes are way more expensive than any other commute. Bought a pass to get 30% off now I will have to pay 25% of the total amount, its a lot of money, for nothing.
