Shuttl — fraudulent refund of renew amount.

I have purchased today 10 days renewal with rs. 750 which i had shuttl credit so it was rs.595. Shuttl has a wonderful application which often patches causing serious problems on weekends and sometimes on weekdays. I have all old complaints as well. So they said my debit card payment is on hold remember debit card not credit which i made many time earlier with shuttl only. So when i called up customer service they said they have initiated my 595 inr return still under consideration till i get refund. Then i asked where is my shuttl credit amount i. E. 750-595 they said we can't track it. I just asked do me simple class 2 mathematics to prove any pass whether 5 days or 10 days or 90 days whatever it is to convince me it comes down to 595 inr. Rather than refunding guy called kuldeep started arguing so after several time putting me on hold and with the pathetic app and tracking system they could not track it neither they can give me logical or class 2 maths question's reply. They are not refunding my shuttl credit amount as of now. I mailed twice and in chat as well i put the concern. No way to raise concern or process to escalate i am taking this consumer complaint platform as to raise my voice. If it doesn't work i would like to put it on facebook, twitter and linked and consumer forum. Somehow i feel they don't want to return the ahuttl credits which affecting me to purchase again using that and also i am now booking at higher rate pay as you ride. Ridiculous service, worst customer support service either they don't queue up and drops the call or can't provide any resolution. Attaching the same screen shot where all the renew passes are there show me a pay to buy a pass with denomination of 595 inr with using mathematics. Need an expedite resolution.
