We book shuttl mainly for our office rides. I had a ride booked for 8:44 am today. I reached the shuttl point at 8:35. After waiting for 30 mins the ride didn't arrived. I call customer care and they are telling me it has been cancelled. I was like what the hell, no update to me on it. Now they were not rescheduling my ride also. What should i do. Such harassment to the customer. I even asked them to get me a cab booked instead. They were like no we can't. Such unprofessional and disgusting service. I am going to destroys shuttl's image as much as i can as. As it really sucks. Was this information helpful? |
