I had a ride booked for 8:53 am. I reached the shuttl point at 8:45. After waiting for 30 mins the ride got cancelled automatically and then i booked another ride for 9:30 which also had some issue. So finally i booked an ola cab, and after which also my amount was deducted from shuttle even though i didn't take the ride. And plus i spoke to the customer executive for 40 mins after which also my issue was not resolved Was this information helpful? |
