Shuttl — pass prices increasing at a higher rate

I am a regular shuttl customer. I always purchase a pass from my office to home address and vice versa. But, this time when i wanted to renew my pass, the prices were incredibly high. I tried to contact live chat also but didnt respond. We as customers expect a positive response from your end and dont increase the prices at such higher rates that you loose your customers.
