Shuttl — pythetic experience - 23 sep 19

Hi team,

I am harsh ahuja, i am using the current shuttle app using my friend id : vivek (As he is shifted to uk.)

Below are the issues faced by till date

1) first a coupon of 300 supposed to be credited as i did recharge my shuttle pass on the very last day 20 sept’19. However, as per my discussion with an agent, i come to know that timings also matters.in that scenario, timings should also been mentioned while sending a message to the used the coupons is expiring today with so and so timings. (Query handled by neha. However, fault is at from company end)
Else, the calculation should be changed, (Today means today)

2) there are very limited slot available for the morning shuttle near by 7:15 as last time i checked at 9:50, there were no shuttle available and booking opens at 9:30.
In such a busy world i have to book shuttle for next day for 7:15 at fixed period of time even less than 20 mins

3) somehow today i manage to book the shuttle, 7.28.
A. First it was not on time
B. Changes shuttle for7:42 am, when it comes no idea, though i was tracking it properly
C. Agent (Moumita) does not even cancel the shuttle even and suggesting me to reschedule it. As i mentioned above there limited shuttle available on real time too.
D. Hence, i planned to go on your own as i cant give further opportunities to #s anymore (First 7.28 then at 7:42)
E. Instead moumita, offer me a coupon, how to use the coupon, a new user will not know. “ how to use it”. She does not share the process to use the coupon even
F. For me i treat this as a extra # now. Already facing challenge in dealing with existing 16 #s (16 rides)

Loss:-
I missed the important meeting in the office today and i reached late too
Overall experience considered as pythatic and lead to bad start of a day today.
