On 4 october 2018, i subscribed for a pass of inr 7200.00 and i was utilizing the same comfortably. On 1st feb 2019 i changed my job from udyog vihar to unitech cyber park, sector 39, gurugram. I inquired about the route, however, i was informed that presently shuttl is not catering to serve this new office location. Therefore, sometime in april 2019 i requested for refund o[censored]nutilized pass rides. Shuttl refused to refund the money, hence, this complaint.
