Purchase date[protected], product - 45 ride pass (Ac bus service for office commute).
After purchasing it was showing wrong route so, i asked for refund which according to their policy i am supposed to get it by 13th june'19. I have provided my bank statement to not only that i have asked for stopped payment and make payment in my shuttl wallet but they are not refunding my money. I even check with my bank too and they are saying no payment initiated from such account.
