Shuttl — Refund Not Received

Hi,
I have purchased a voucher worth Rs. 1530/- on June 30th through Gpay.
The money got deducted from my bank account and the transaction was successful but the ride voucher was not purchased. I complained the same thing to the customer care, they mentioned that due to some technical issues it got stuck but not reversed and said that they have initiated the refund amount and it will be credited within 5-7 business days. But neither I have received the amount nor I have received the money in my bank account yet, its been 8 days till date. I spoke to the bank, they have also mentioned that even if any refund amount is initiated, it will reflect in the bank account which never happened. I have checked the balance and the statements. Nothing is reflecting. Kindly help me to get this sorted or charge them a fine so that i get the money.
