Shuttl — refund of rs around 1100 inr

Previously i used to come to office using commut app, later shuttl has took over the commut on 6th of august. I have paid for august monthly pass to commut. From that day onwards i am struggling to get my money back, they dont reply to my mails, neither i can use their services nor i get money. I dint even used single ride from shuttl but paid to commut. Please help me to get my money back.
