Shuttl — Serious Responsibility in providing service

It is very much frustrating to inform you that I had a booking from Eco Space, New Town, Kolkata to Danesh Sheikh Lane, Howrah of time slot 6.10 pm on 15th Mar'2021. Vehicle No. WB25H9555. My registered mobile no. is [protected] from which I made the booking. I waited till 6:20 pm at Eco Space Stop. There was no message for cancellation of booking. Then I started calling bus driver over phone and got to know that the bus is not in running condition. At about 6:22 pm I had to cancel my booking. I am mailing herewith the screen shot of the same. Immediately I got message from your end "your cancellation is successfully done".

The above is the example of your service which we are experiencing. On calling your customer care no. we got no response. You don't have any regional customer care no./office who can take care of the customer in case of emergency. Just think of the quantum of harassment we had to face because of your poor service. Neither you have provide any alternate arrangement for the customers nor compensated financially. I had to book cab to return home.

I hope you can understand the gravity of trouble faced by me for your poor service. In view of above, I request your consideration for financial compensation against yesterday's miserable incident.
