Shuttl — shuttl bus not come at stop point

I am using shuttl to come office from dwarka mor flyover to kotak/religare sector 125, noida.
I booked daily shuttl bus number dl1pd 1461at 7.57 am at the dwarka mor flyover but the shuttl's driver went over the flyover and not come at stop point. I talked to customer care to lodged the complaint on daily basis but they didn't taken any action till now and the driver always went by the wrong route.
I have taken subscription for 3months but the shutll bus didn't come at the stop point.
