One of the worst service providers in the market. Totally non responsive customer care. Buses breakdown every single day. Then you need to book a uber or ola to reach office late. Made the worst decision of my life to have purchased shuttl pass and now got stuck! Stay away if you don't want to get stuck on the roads every day.
Their app is equally sad and every other day it doesn't work and your rides get missed because of that. When you contact customer care they simply don't care and send you auto response that makes no sense at all. Was this information helpful? |
