The worst bus service ever i seen. Even the customer care service team is also equally unprofessional. I requested for free ride due to their fault but the customer care executive is saying that she only can say sorry but can't provide me free ride. My shuttle's pick up timing was 8:33am from vijay sales thane and it leaft pick point when i reach at the point at 8:29am. When i complain to customer care service they are saying sorry for the inconvenience kindly book next shuttel. Even the next 2 shuttel were full so for that unprofessional attitude i missed my vital meeting. Very very poor standard. I suggest every one not to book shuttel, better book other bus services.
