If you are using the shuttl services, beware!!!
It is not safe, even hazardous to your mental health!
I booked my shuttl today morning, ride id - 5438505, shuttl number hr55ab0580. I boarded my bus from laxminagar, and validated my pass. The bus was full, and then another commuter boarded from ito. Since there was no seat left, the witch hunting of the extra passenger started. As i was at the last seat, when i checked, i found that my ride was showing as cancelled.
Well!! I had no clue how? (Later i found that it was a 'technical glitch' that cancelled my ride).
The bus driver and helper, asked me to de-baord the bus at that instant. I was literally 'shame-walked' in front of everybody and 'thrown out' in teh middle of no-where.
Thankfully, it was 'morning' time, and i am a 'male'. God save if it was 'evening/ night' and the human of 'female' variety. Easy prey for ncr.
Do we ever learn? Will shuttl ever learn?
I think of demanding a compensation and really ask the authorities to look into the matter. Help will be appreciated.
