Shuttl — they can change the route suddenly and without prior information

Worst experience. They have suddnely changed the route today without any prior intimation and drastically reduced the pick points om their own. The new pick up points are further 3 km away from the supposed ones. And when you call them, their only and only response is we will look into the matter and then nothing happens. 2 months or 3 months pass and nothing can be done. Use less to fill the feed back as they do exact opposite of what you want and fill in the feedback
