Shuttl — threatened to be thrown out of the shuttle cab

I had boarded a shuttl cab which was scheduled for 11:56 am and had problems with the vehicle right from the start. It broke down opposite taj bengal hotel and were advices but shuttl employees travelling with us to board the next shuttl # 1680. And they had a talk with the driver. The driver started misbehaving right from the start and myself who was standing in front of the door as there was no space to move inside he asked to move to the back. When i told him there's no space and i have already asked the others if possible to move a bit so i can move to the back he started to misbehave to the extent of threatening me to throw me off the vehicle. He didn't even allow me to take the single seat next to the driver and in the middle of the ajc bose flyover was forcing everyone from the prior vehicle to get down. I fail to understand how come every now and then vehicles breakdown and where from these drivers are recruited majority of whom are uncultured and abusive individuals as on regular basis i have seen them misbehaving with the passengers specially the driver of 1680 vehicle. I have attached a screenshot of the vehicle as well. If required you can check with the rest of the passengersfrom bother vehicles 2120 and 1680. Would really appreciate if some strick action is taken as the drivers menace is a regular occurrence nowadays.
