Shuttl — unable to locate shuttl

Its been many times i am unable to locate my bus i have booked the shuttl for 05.43 pm (bus no 3311) and i have reached my pick up point at 05.39 but i was keep standing till 6.03 there's no update about that bus (shows the error message). I have also traveled in same bus before face same issue .. Driver always gave an excuse that his phone is not charged this thing keep on going daily basis and also complaint about the same but they didn't took any action against it.. Even I am unable to cancel that ride .. Today its 4th June.

I get offer in suttle like u buy 10 ride pass on 850 then shuttl return cash back 350 but i dnt det 350 cash bck amount, i cntrct the customer care but they didn't reply my msg and they hve nt also customer care number in Google

Faced exactly the same issue. Booked bus 1520. It never came even though the APP showed that it is there.

This happened to me twice. They refunded amount for one but not https://www.consumercomplaints.in/shuttl-unable-to-locate-shuttl-c2352488#for other. Better to avoid using this service
