Shuttl — unethical practices and cheating with customer

I am being forced to reach out to you with so much anger and aggression. Let me explain you the reason behind.

I have been using shuttle rides for quite some time for regular home-office-home travels. Since last few days i have observed having intermittent issues with shuttle app as it asks me recharge my account, though i already have 30+ rides with approx 50 days validity.

Yesterday 1st aug 2019 around 10:40 am i booked the shuttle ride from my pick up location (Dwarka more, new delhi) to office drop location (Global foyer, golf course road, gurgaon). At night around 11 pm yesterday i saw the message showing in 1st attachment here as renew shuttle pass. I thought there has been some issues going for quite some time with shuttle app (As i have been receiving messages) and it will be resolved by morning.

Today morning i woke up and forgot to check the status of my ride home to office, which i booked on previous day and left for pick point to board the shuttle.

When i reached there and was about to board the shuttle (No. 2676), i realized my shuttle app still showing as renew shuttle pass (Check the 1st attachment) and i was shocked thinking how will i reach office now as i was supposed to attend an important meeting. I tried calling your customer care department at[protected], but received message to call after 11 am.

Even i tried to initiate discussion through chat and expressed my dissatisfaction. It’s been more than 12 hours, i am yet to receive a reply on the chat. Later i ended up booking a cab, which costed me 650 inr /- with surcharges as i couldn’t afford to miss my meeting.

After gong through all this harassment, do you i will be a happy customer with shuttle?

Just now i uninstalled the shuttle app and reinstalled it again, just to check if there was an issue with app, however even after that, i am getting the same message of renew shuttle pass.

I am also attaching the 2nd screenshot, which shows i am still left with 35 rides, which are valid till 19th sept 2019

I am not sure how you are going to help me, but one thing i can assure you is, i am going to share this incident on social media & twitter and ensure this goes viral so that everyone gets to know what i had to go though.
