Shuttl — women's safety not considered

Shuttl has designated pick up & drop points.

They are so badly shortlisted without considering the
1) fact how safe they are for women commuter
2) distance among any 2 consecutive points
3) how safe they are for stopping a bus an how much they are disturbing the flowing traffic.

Problem that i face is that distance between my 'designated' drop point (Say a) and the next drop point (Say b) is approx. 1.4 kms.
And i actually need to get off the bus at a point (Say c) which lies in between these 'designated' points a nd b i. E. After 600 mtrs from 'designated' drop point a. But the driver (In a very rude and arrogant tone) always deny to stop bus there.

1) point a & b are not at all safe for girls to get off as crowd there is not good
2) they want us to get off at their 'designated' points a & b and then walk back 600 to 800 mtrs to reach point c
(Already we have to walk further 1 to 2 kms to reach our home, if we get off at point c)
3) they are not ready to make point c as 'designated' stop, even if more than 4 customers are facing the same problem

Furthermore, drivers are so arrogant because of the reason company always give preference to what driver says instead of a commuter.

Shuttl is really unsafe for women!!
