I booked 4 tickets on line on 22/04/2018 for journey from durgapur to barrackpore for 23/04/2018. The amount of rs.560/-was debited from my account but ticket was not generated. After waiting for 2 hrs. I had again booked ticket and was allotted seats 12, 13, 14 &15 and had to pay rs. 560/- again. Kindly arrange to refund the amount deducted earlier.

IN the esplanade ticket counters of SBSTC, few people are smoking inside the building . They are compelling others for passive smoking .
