South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Bus Didn't Stop at Bus Stop

Address: Chandra kona Road

Sir/Madam,

I booked my ticket online from Bankura to Contai where as actual boarding place was Chandra kona Road(C.K.Road) and Travel date was 10.04.2021. At Chandrakona Road, My when bus arrived, it didn't stop at the bus stop, even didn't cared to slow down. Even after trying waving the bus didn't stop.
