South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — claiming extra charges for my computer cabinet

Address: Kanainatsal DVC Road, Bardhaman, West Bengal, 713103

I am amlan datta. Travelling esplanade to burdwan on 02.08.2019 at 5:15pm. I have a computer cabinet with me... Sbstc bus conductor claims 150 rupees to carry that cabinet... He told me that sbstc have no rule to carry electronic components with passenger... So i have to give him 150rs charges...
I want to know if there is any kind of rules like that...
If there is no rule like that then please take a legal step for such harrassment
